ESP Wellness, LLC was formed in 2010 by Jennifer Linton MPH, ATC, LAT to assist organizations and companies in planning, implementing, and maintaining health programs. In 2013, Zac Linton CPT, CES, FNS and Kody Christensen FNS, WLS partnered with ESP Wellness to expand its services to the individual. ESP Wellness stands by our mission to provide the community with a wellness experience unlike any other with affordable personal training with certified fitness professionals, group fitness classes that promise to get you to your goals and nutritional coaching to aid in a lifestyle change.
• Enhancing. No matter your goal toning up, losing body fat, building muscle, or rehab training, we can get you there. We want you to succeed. Our success is solely based on your success. We have trained everyone from fitness competitors to marathon runners.
• Sustaining. There is no such thing as a diet or temporary change at ESP Wellness. We want you to have a complete lifestyle change that you will be able to SUSTAIN for a better quality of life.
• Preventative. Once you get into the mindset that fitness and the right nutrition is a lifestyle, you will significantly decrease your chances of several medical issues that you are dealing with right now or in the future. This is not all about looking good in a bikini or getting a six pack this is about your life. We have helped numerous people with previous injuries through corrective exercise so now they are pain-free.
Our team consists of two full-time personal trainers, founder Jenn Linton and numerous local coaches who utilize the ESP Wellness space to teach and lead group exercise classes.
Zac LintonPersonal Trainer
Zac was raised in Powell, Wyoming, attended Powell High School, and received a Bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State Unvieristy in Brookings, SD. Zac spent 5 years working in Public Relations and Marketing in Seattle, Rapid City and Raleigh before he took the plunge in pursuing his passion of becoming a fitness professional. He is now a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
He enjoys lifting, spending time with loved ones (including his dogs and cat) and his guilty pleasures are scary movies and video games, this fitness enthusiast calls himself a geek at heart.
Kody ChristensenPersonal Trainer
Kody Christensen was born and raised in Billings, MT. He graduated from Skyview High School where he started his fitness learning experience with Sports Medicine and Anatomy. After high school he worked for Wells Fargo for 6 years and then decided to follow his dream of Health and Wellness. Kody is now a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
He has trained and competed for a Men’s Physique Competition which created his passion for lifting and eating clean. When he is not at the gym he is watching movies and staying active, spending time with family and friends.
